LADIES FIT CAMP
Mondays & WEDNESDAYS 6.45-7.30pm
Join Trainer Tracey and I for your fix of interval workouts. Each session is carefully planned by us to make sure it works your whole body and can be adapted for all abilities, so if you are a beginner or have an injury, we can make it work for you. As most of our sessions are timed based, you won’t need to worry about others, just your own progress and enjoyment!! Our sessions include anything from boxing to circuits and squatting to planking and we change the programs every four weeks so you will not get bored! Our main priority is making sure you work at your own level so you feel challenged and always feel like you have done a workout. You will be added to a private Facebook group where you will get reminders of classes and extra support.

My Pilates classes include a mix of low impact exercises and stretches that improve muscular balance, strength, posture and mobility. We move through the body starting with standing exercises and then moving down onto the mat, finishing the session with a 5 minute relaxation. Pilates is a great add on to other more intense workouts or as a stand alone exercise for those who prefer less impact and intensity. Classes are limited in numbers to make sure I can give everyone my attention so please pre book if you’d like to join. You will be added to a private Facebook group where you will get reminders of classes, support and practice videos.
ONE TO ONE
You can’t get more personal than one to one training and this is the most effective way of getting a plan that is perfect for your goals and your lifestyle. Before you start personal training sessions I will take time with you to hear about what you are looking for and the time you are able to commit (this is open for negotiation depending on your goals!!). We will then come up with a plan that works for you including our sessions, your own home/gym sessions and your diet as well as lifestyle habits that will impact your results such as sleep, stress and recovery.
I will be there to answer any questions at your one to one sessions and over message to ensure you stay motivated and supported as well as tracking your progress, I will be there for your accountability which is the absolute key to success.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
If you’re interested in Personal Training but want to split the cost and workout with friends, this option is perfect for you. You can have the personal touch of one to one training for much less.
I can train a small group of you at your home, outside or online and you can do it without worrying about childcare or the timings of a class timetable. I will make sure all of the exercises can be modified for all abilities and will work with you to plan a session that suits all of you. Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange your small group training and we can make a plan for you!

HIIT group – 2 x 30 minute Live classes each week
Pilates group – 2 x 30 minute Live classes each week
Beginners program – 5 x 8 minute workouts each week

Nutrition is such an important part of reaching your goals but many find that their fitness comes first, getting into a routine with classes and seeing some results then realising the need for a better diet to support this as well as finding some balance with the foods they have previously considered ‘bad’ and ‘good’.
I believe we should all aim to get to a point where we allow ourselves to enjoy ALL foods, and realise that life moves in waves, as does your diet. Think about it, we eat a healthier diet leading up to a holiday, then on holiday we overindulge, then we feel bad, then we restrict foods and at some point we have a birthday or Christmas and we feel bad again for the overindulging. I will work with you to be kinder to yourselves by being aware of your patterns, by tracking what you eat and when and making small changes over time. Nothing drastic, as this generally doesn’t stick. This could be in the form of using an app like My Fitness Pal, or it could be taking photos of your meals and sharing on our private groups or it could be focusing on one element like getting vegetables in every meal to start. Most of the time just having a trainer/coach there for you means that you feel more supported and able to get that balance. As part of your one to one training you get nutritional advice but if you are looking for help with nutrition outside of one to one training then please get in touch and we can make a plan suitable to you.
